These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute our agreement with you, for the services we provide in the Kira Business App.<\/p>\n

– These terms apply to all services of car rental companies provided by the application.<\/p>\n

– Use of the application and acceptance of the terms of the agreement is conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms, we may<\/p>\n

– Change the terms from time to time and we advise you to check the website to consider any changes to the terms that apply to car rental companies.<\/p>\n

All transactions are subject to the provisions of Turkish law.<\/p>\n

– All data and information of companies registered in the application are subject to the privacy policy.
\nCar rental is subject to the rental company’s terms and conditions, which can be added through the company’s account in the app.<\/p>\n

– The rental company bears full responsibility for verifying the tenant\u2019s data and has complete freedom to take the necessary guarantees according to Turkish law and to reject the request if it sees a lack of documents and data for the tenant.<\/p>\n

– Kira does not bear any damage as a result of a legal problem with the licenses of car rental companies, and in the event of a legal problem, the car rental company is solely responsible for it.<\/p>\n

– Kira has the right to display car data and information of car rental companies for the purpose of promoting and advertising marketing.<\/p>\n

– Kira has the right to collect a 10% fee from the car rental company for car reservations made through the application, with the exception of manual reservations made by company accounts.
\n– Kira does not obtain any sums of money from the final tenant, and the rental company is fully responsible for collecting its dues from the tenant.<\/p>\n

– Kira does not bear any material or moral damage to the car rental company as a result of car rental, and the rental company must complete the contracts and take the necessary guarantees from the tenants.<\/p>\n

– Kira has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the car rental company\u2019s account in case of violating the terms of use, or the company obtaining high negative evaluations from the renters, or using the application outside the framework designated for it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
